Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that all original tags and packaging are intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at keepitcute.girl@aol.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties, thongs, or hosiery unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
